Most of our struggles are attached to the beliefs we have about ourselves and about life. We are influenced by our parents, our society, our peers, and our traumatic or difficult life experiences.
We allow ourselves to become defined by these beliefs and experiences and form neural pathways that match our thought and feelings. If we wish to create change then we need to bring deliberate awareness to our thinking and belief systems.

This supports us to recognise and begin to dissolve our fear-based reactions, and actively expand our perceptions.
Which then allows us to become aware of solutions or next steps that we were previously unable to see or receive.

This is an online event that takes place on the Zoom platform. It will utilise a combination of life and spiritual coaching, to promote conscious dialogue, emotional healing and intentional exploration of our limiting stories and beliefs.
