I use music to empower, inspire, teach, and entertain myself and others.
Creating music is integral to my well-being. I use music as a way to self-heal, celebrate and showcase broad themes in engaging ways as well as to share and teach spiritual principles in easy to absorb, ways.
Living Is Easy
My album Living Is Easy written in 2016 was a way to explore my spiritual journey in a unique and creative way. Each track explores a different aspect of the awakening journey. I wanted to create music based on fairly contemporary rhythms and minimalist instrumentation and indulge my love of layered vocals and harmonies.
Sometimes the lead vocal is me completely in my lower register chest voice and in other songs, it's all light, pretty, head voice. I, as always, like to do things my way. Below are some of the tracks from the album.
Explore
Explore is basically a sensual vocal exploration. Sung over a repeating loop, it's 7 minutes of pure indulgence as I explore some of the different energies I've experienced in my awakening. The energies, of awe, love, lust, curiosity, intention, joy and creation.
Show Me The Real Love
Show Me The Real Love is about love that is timeless and unchanging. I wanted to find that love, see it, feel it, know it, because everything else just felt transient and superficial. But how can you find something that is always here?
Soul Heavy
If you're serious about your spiritual growth then you've probably experienced the energy of heaviness. That is, until you recognise that it's an opportunity for awakening and that this energy has much to teach you.
Are You Ready?
Awakening requires more. You begin to expect more of yourself. You're impacted by challenges just like anyone else, yet something inside keeps asking: "Are you ready? If so, you're fully supported."

The title track from the album. Living Is Easy is an ironic metaphor for the diligent and very often challenging inner work needed to begin to experience a life in flow.
More Music
The tracks below are a small sample of the music I've written and recorded in the last couple of years. Each track has its own flavour, style, and unique message. And yet there's always a common thread running through my music of wanting to uplift, empower and enlighten the listener in some way.
Even when it appears as if I'm just singing a romantic love song, I'm not. So I guess that who we are at our core never really changes even if our outer expression does.

Free Will's Your Superpower has a Reggae/Neo-Soul vibe and speaks to the moment where we see that having free will essentially means that we have the power to choose and allow outcomes, but we don't have the ability to dictate those outcomes

Not My Home is a somewhat melancholic yet soothing reggae track. It's about that moment of awakening when you recognise that this place/planet does not feel like home and that what you really want to connect to is your soul's home.
